Kuntao is a Chinese fighting art of self-defense using empty hands. It is an aggressive, combat-oriented system of Chinese fighting. In this art, the weapons of the attackers are destroyed during your defense.
Indonesian Silat
Silat uses many techniques to neutralize your opponent. These techniques include speed, stealth, and finesse.

Grapping is a fighting technique where your opponent is maneuvered and held to obtain a submission.

Kickboxing is a modern martial sport that combines the hand techniques of Western boxing with the kicks of the Asian martial arts.
Thai Boxing
Thai boxing uses hands, elbows, kicks and knees to punch and kick the opponent.
Aerobic Kickboxing
This class is designed to get and keep everyone in shape. It involves aerobic and anaerobic training, general and sport specific training, core strengthening, whole body strengthening and flexibility and many other concepts.
Sport Karate
Karate emphasizes striking techniques (i.e. punching and kicking)
