KILO ABS CELEBRATES 25 YEARS!
2010 marks the 25th year for Kilo Abs at PMA in Colorado. Kilo Abs is the brainchild of PMA's owner and founder, Mr. Stewart Lauper. Mr. Lauper has completed Kilo Abs over 140 times in his life. Since we're pretty sure he's not 140 years old, I guess that means Mr. Lauper does Kilo Abs multiple times during the year, not just on New Year's Day. If you're looking to top his record, let us know when you get to #140 and we'll send a film crew!
PMA's tradition of "tough by-the-numbers" continues; this year's Kilo Abs event saw record numbers with more than 130 people from all PMA locations completing over 130,000 sit-ups!! Congratulations to all who participated and if your name is not on the list below, it's not too early to start training for next year's event...
